Two 8 oz. Char-seared filet Mignon's wrapped in bacon.  Served with Delmonico potatoes (these are oven roasted) blended with onions, garlic, parsley and a crispy seasoned topping.  The vegetable is a Green Bean Almondine Casserole for two.
