Two pounds of sliced BBQ Beef Brisket, slow smoke roasted 8-10 hours) for an incredible taste, simmered in homemade BBQ sauce.  Served with slow roasted maple baked beans, seasoned with onions and bacon - and country potatoes, roasted with onions, peppers and special seasonings.
