The long-running British crime-drama series inspired by Ann Cleeves’s Vera Stanhope novels has finally come to an end, and BritBox is here to make sure you get access to the fantastic final season. Vera: Season 14 follows DCI Vera Stanhope (Brenda Blethyn) as she takes on her last investigations for the Northumberland & City Police. From a man’s body found on the bank of the River Tyne to a young student left dead at the foot of legendary local stones The Dark Wives, these two cases are sure to culminate in a compelling and emotional finale for this beloved onscreen sleuth.

Set in 1950s England, this BritBox Original detective period piece is loosely based on G. K. Chesterton’s Father Brown short stories and follows the various cases and exploits of our titular crime-solving Roman Catholic priest (Mark Williams). Father Brown: Season 12 sees the village of Kembleford brimming with joy and activity as they prepare for the wedding between Mrs. Isabel Devine (Claudie Blakley) and Chief Inspector Edgar Sullivan (Tom Chambers). However, the celebration suddenly comes to a halt with an unexpected visit from the groom’s father as well as a medieval death at a Tudor battle reenactment that implicates Mrs. Devine herself, leaving Father Brown busier and more in-demand than ever before.
